Yesterday was a very busy day in the race calendar with loads of 10k races up and down the country, there was two in our county alone in Harrogate and Leeds. (there should have been a 3rd at Rother Valley but it was cancelled). No one from club did Harrogate but we did have representation in Leeds at the annual Jane Tomlinson 10km race. I did it last year and was a hot race and very similar to the Abbey Dash that is held in November.
The winner was Nathaniel Williams in 31:43 in all the race had 7065 finishers, full results can be found on the Results Base website.

We also had representation at the smaller low key 10k over in Liverpool at the Penny Lane Striders 10K, the winner was Nick Jones of Warrington Ac in 34:11. John Rawlinson was our man out there and he finished 82nd overall and set a fab new PB in a time of 44:46. Full results can be found on the Run Britain website.
