Race Date: Sunday 26th July 2015

This half Ironman triathlon comprised of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and a 21km run. There were 106 finishers including 2 Striders, Kate Wilkinson and Adam Whitworth. Congratulations to them both on posting very impressive times. Kate came across the line in 32nd place, 3rd in her Senior Female category, in a time of 5.23.15. Adam finished 20 minutes further back in 54th place with a time of 5.44.37. Very well done to you both.

The race was won by Clive Kennedy Burn of Alnwick Trialthlon club in 4.14.19. First woman home was Elizabeth Richardson of Edinburgh Triathletes in 4.57.50.
