Huge kudos to both Kate Wilkinson and Adam Whitworth for their performances in the North Norfolk triathlon last weekend. Adam finished a very creditable 30th in his age category whereas Kate grabbed a podium position, being the 3rd lady across the line. Big well done to you both.

The triathlon was won by Oliver Milk of Redvenum.co.uk in 1.56.04. First woman was Sonia Spearing of the Metropolitan Police Triathlon club in 2.19.51. There were 258 finishers in total.
