The Trimpell 20 (miles) is a 99% traffic free course through the historic City of Lancaster and the stunning Lancashire Lune Valley countryside.

David Palmer represented Steel City Striders securing second place. Julian Hatcher won the race in 1:53:49 and the first female to finish was Jessica Wilson-Young in 2:19:12.
