Race Date: Saturday 19th March 2016

An alternative to Parkrun, the Silkstone Shuffle is a series of 4.5 mile trail runs held by Barnsley Harriers, on 4 Saturdays throughtout the year.

The first one was held last Saturday and attracted 160 runners including lone Strider David Hewitt, well done David.

The race was won by Andy Swift of Penistone Footpath Runners in 26.01. The first woman was Julie Wilson of Hallamshire Harriers in 32.12.
