Race Date: Sunday 19th March 2017

I know nothing about this but hey, well done to Naomi who searched out a local 10k race whilst away on her hols! No doubt she smiled all the way round. Well done Naomi. Striders on tour!!

Didn’t want to let a holiday prevent me gaining some race miles – so here’s a sole Strider at the ‘Furth 10km Volkslauf’, Germany. Not as scenic as Wolf’s Pit but worth it for the fun-run atmosphere and goody box !

There were 102 runners in the 10k and was won by the aptly named Peter Panter in 39.34. The first woman home was Linda Bier in 46.29.
