The half marathon around Liversedge will never be described as a scenic race, nor will it be described as a quiet race as there was a significant amount of car dodging to be done – but if hills are your thing then perhaps this is for you. It certainly isn’t a PB course.
The weather today was properly grim so extra kudos to the 8 Striders who turned out!
Jason Cherriman of Leeds AC won the race in 71:29. First female was Lucy Collins of Stainland Lions in 87:16. Full results available through runbritain.
