Tuesday Daytime Millhouses Training

Time: 9:20am meet for a 9:30am start.
Venue: Millhouses Park Outdoor Gym
Facilities: Toilets, Café, Pay & Display or free on street parking nearby
Distance: Main run is approx 6 miles with the option to add on to approx 8 miles. There is also a monthly off road trail run approx 8 miles in addition to the main run
Pace: 10 to 11 minute mile with recovery breaks. As with all Striders training runs, no one will be left behind and we will double back for you.

We have introduced a daytime training session for people who are free to run during the day or who may not always be available for evening sessions. The routes include trails and parks starting from Millhouses, so road shoes should be fine.

As with all Striders training runs, they are completely free, and newcomers are more than welcome to attend to try us out under no obligation. Please, do come along and give us a try.

The outdoor gym allows for pre run warm ups and the café for a post run drink or lunch. The routes incorporate attractive park and woodland paths and tracks such as Limb Valley, Ecclesall Woods, Beauchief and Totley.
