A Wednesday in mid July saw the annual Bamford Carnival Fell Race – a scoot up Win Hill and a death-defying dash back down.
Aiden Smith and Zanthe Wray made it a Hallamshire double in 30:11 and 35:26 respectively.
204 runners completed the race and lived to tell the world about it.
