Race Date: Sunday 2nd November 2014

604 finished the Lancaster Half Marathon including Strider Richard Hayes.

Ben Williams of Eryri Harriers won the race in 1:13:50 and Autumn Howard of Trawden AC was the first lady in 1:29:22.

Richard kept up his good form by again, PBing at the half marathon distance coming home in 1:26:23 for a highly creditable 26th place finish.
