Race Date: Sunday 9th November 2014

The Mow Cop Runners organise the Roaches Fell race….. don’t ask who makes these names up? 🙂

The names might be light hearted but the race isn’t with 3,700 feet of ascent over 15 miles.

First home was Tim Werrett of Mercia FR in 2:14:27 and first lady Sally Fawcett of Dark Peak in 2:40:22.

Two Striders took on the wet and muddy 15 miles, great efforts from both.
