Race Date: Wednesday 8th July 2015

Black Rocks is a fell race organised by Matlock AC. The race begins from Matlock rugby club and is run mainly on good trails. It has a total ascent of around 800 ft as the runners run up and past Black Rocks.

This year the race attracted 178 including one lone Strider representative, Stephen Atkinson. Well done Stephen for flying the club flag. The race was won by Luke Beresford of RIpley in a time of 36.14. First woman home was Andrea Deathridge of Royal Sutton Coldfield in 44.07.
