Fell and Track Running Guides

To accompany our Fell introduction and Track Introduction sessions we have published two introductory guides to running Fell and Track.

Fell Introduction has been written by Andy Buck and the Track Introduction by Peter Brown.

These articles have been added to the website under the new menu item; Running Guides, which we hope to expand in the future.

Both guides provide common sense advice on both subjects whilst hopefully quashing some of the fear and myths around both disciplines.
