We have added the results from Curbar Commotion to complete the season.
Top 2 in each category win a prize at the end of the season.
But remember: You needed to have ran 5 of the possible 10 races to be eligible to win a prize.
Top Senior Men
1. Alasdair Menmuir, 510 pts

Alasdair cruises home having looked supreme in the hills all year.
Top V40 Men

Well what a rollercoaster the V40 category was. Mick went into the final race in 2nd place needing to beat Paul by a decent margin to grab top spot. And whilst he did beat him on the day by 30 seconds it wasn’t by enough to wrestle the title from Paul.
Top V50 Men
1. Andy Buck, 462 pts
2. Steve Haake, 418 pts (418.22 pts)
3. Ben Heller, 418 pts (417.51 pts)
4. Trevor Burton, 396 pts
5. Trevor Watson, 171 pts
Chairman Buck retains his V50 title whilst Steve pips Ben by decimal points.
Top V60 Men
1. David Parry, 362 pts
2. Graham Hague, 78 pts (only ran 1 race, so not eligible for a prize)
Congratulations to David on his V60 win.
Top Senior Women

Helen wins the title with a great points haul, as Heather steals in at the death to grab 2nd spot from Alison.
Top V40 Women
1. Victoria Hawkins, 243 pts (only ran 3 races, so not eligible for a prize)
2. Helen Calder, 94pts (only ran 1 race, so not eligible for a prize)
3. Jenny Lingrell, 87pts
4. Mir Jansen, 77 pts

Sadly, none of the V40 ladies ran the required 5 races through the year to claim their prize.
Top V50 Women

Geeky Spreadsheet Alert: A quick explanation how the new ‘Trunce 2015’ tab interacts with the Fell 2015 tab. I’ve set up the Trunce tab to record the Striders results from every Trunce this year as well as the winning male and female time from each race. Your fastest time of the year is then compared against the fastest male/female time of the year (these don’t have to be from the same race) to get your points score for the Trunce. This score is then transposed back across to the Trunce column on the ‘Fell 2015’ sheet. Phew, simple eh?
