This year the Leeds Abbey Dash could have been renamed the Abbey Splash thanks to the downpour experienced by the 9022 runners who finished the event this year. Known for it’s 10k personal best potential, the 2015 edition did not disappoint.
Well done to the 20 Striders who raced on Sunday 15 November.
The race was won by Dan Studley of Bristol & West in 29:44 and the first female was Charlotte Arter of Cardiff finishing in 33:03.
A few standout Striders, with Carol Beattie placing 3rd in category. Graham Hague, Tina Lawrence and Nicole Neild all placed within the top 30 of their respective age and gender categories too.
