Race Date: Saturday 13th June 2015

The Oxspring Hunshelf Amble is a multi-terrain race based on the former Hunshelf Amble. Whereas the former race started and finished in Green Moor, taking in Oxspring en route, the 7 mile, undulating, mainly off-road race now starts and finishes in Oxspring, passing through Green Moor. The race is organised by Penistone Footpath runners.

The weather conspired against today’s event, yet 95 brave souls still turned up to run, including two of our own. The race was won by Shaun Dimelow of PFRAC in 52.57. First woman was Lesley Latchem also of PFRAC in 1.05.44.
