Race Date: Sunday 8th November 2015

A 15 mile fell race with 3700 feet of ascent on a day when the forecast was for torrential rain. Well done to all those 148 brave souls that took part including our very own Chairman Buck. In Andy’s own words:

this is a great race, a really good test, with plenty of rough, rocky paths, two river crossings, one really steep climb, and a dose of farmyard slurry. So, it would be good to see more Striders taking it on.

The farmyard slurry bit really sells it to me!. Anyway, the race was won by Karl Gray of Calder Valley in 2.04.54. The first woman was Zoe Proctor of Pennine FR in 2.41.43.
