Race Date: Sunday 20th December 2015
What better way to blow away the post Striders’ Christmas do cobwebs that running hell for leather for 10k through mud, tree roots, rocks and up long, steep hills! Well that was the chosen option for a good number of the 13 Striders in attendance to the now monthly (every 4th Sunday) Trust 10 at Longshaw.
Attendance was up on previous races, with the number of runners breaking the 100 barrier for the first time, (135 runners). The race was won by Graham Cooper of North Derbyshire RC in 38.35. The first woman home was Mary McMarthy of Hallamshire Harriers in 43.04.
