Race Date: Monday 28th December 2015

33 runners took part in the Abbey Christmas trail race, a 5.4 mile race,  which was hosted at The Abbey Inn, Bramley.

The race was won convincingly by Oliver Smith, unattached, in 36.21. The first woman home was Sarah Grant of Valley Striders in 45.58.

However, the big news from this race was the 2nd placed runner. Huge congratutions to Michael Richardson who must have been having a real ding dong battle for 2nd place with 2 other runners, with all 3 of them getting joint second place. However, as his name comes up second on the results list, he is 2nd! Well done Michael.
