Race Date: Friday 20^th May 2016

The Hayfield May Queen Fell Race follows a great little route up and down Lantern Pike – so about 580 feet of ascent. It is only 4.7k, so is open to 12 year olds and above – so potentially a good one for Strider kids. 106 runners took part in the event.

The winner was Alasdair Campbell (unattached), in a time of 20:10. The winning lady was Caitlin Rice of Glossopdale Harriers, in a time of 23:37.
