Race Date: Sunday 10th July 2016
The Leeds 10k is part of the Run for All series of events that is fundraiser Jane Tomlinson’s legacy. It’s flat and fast, and the atmosphere and organisation make up for the lack of scenery.
The race was won by Jamil Parapia of Leeds City AC in 31:51 and the first woman home was Hannah Oldroyd of Saltaire Striders in 36:52.
6 Striders took part. Well done to all, and especially to John Liddle who took half a minute off his PB.
