Here is the update for LDS for April 2016.

The Women’s LDS is being dominated by Jen Rich at the moment, with Naomi Rabin a full marathon behind. Who knows though, if she does a few 10k races or laps, she may just close that gap somewhat.

The Men’s LDS currently sees Phil Howson in first place – his epic performance on the 3 Peaks extending his lead. The excuses for not winning this year so far have been, ‘I’ve forgotten about it’ and ‘I’ve got a new job so can’t do midweek racing’. Hmmm, we’ll see!
