The April edition of the Longshaw Trust10 had 144 runners taking part, of which 20 were Striders.
A high proportion of the turnout as ever! It’s a great, free 10k event with a testing and very picturesque 2 lap route. Maybe not quite as high profile as London, but a great, local, free race in the heart of the Peak District.
A Striders 1, 2 3 for the boys and first female home was Helen Mort in 47:21. Full results available here.
