Steel City Striders are committed to helping new and improving runners. With this in mind we regularly schedule 5k to 10k groups, with the aim of getting runners to a level where they can join our main training nights.
After the success of previous groups, we are delighted to announce two new 5k to 10k courses starting in April 2016.
They will run concurrently, with one from Millhouses Park and the other from Hillsborough Park to accommodate new runners at both ends of the city.
