329 runners took part in the 46ish mile mixed trail/mountain/canal/road run around the magnificent Brecon Beacons. In the events 10 year history the race has taken place in everything from sparkling Sunshine through to minus 8 degrees, with obligatory rain and mist thrown in to remind the athletes that they are running in Wales in all its glory.

The solo event was won by Sam Humphrey of Victoria Park Harriers and Tower Hamlets AC in 06:14:58 with first lady home was Clare Prosser in 07:20:40

Striders were represented by Caroline Woods-Peel who completed 37.4km of the course in 06:16:14
