Race date: Saturday 1st July

There is something nice about being the first Strider home, and being the only Strider in attendance that was my particular pleasure.

The Thurlstone Chase is a BS category fell race: 4 miles with 600 feet of ascent, and is similar to The Trunce but without the river crossings.

There were 92 runners. The race was won by Scott Hinchcliffe in a time of 22:41. First lady home was Caitlin Rice in a time of 26:05.
