The Bolsover 10k is held one or two weeks before Christmas and is described as a fast, potential pb course. It has a maximum limit of 1,000 entrants and usually sells out well in advance. this year it came hot on the heels of the Percy Pud, with a significant number of Striders in attendance.
There were 832 finishers on the day. Samuel Moakes of Sutton-in-Ashfield Harriers won the men’s race in a time of 32:25. Michelle Willcocks, also of Sutton, won the women’s race in a time of 38:33. 26 Striders took part.
