Three Lakes (Cakes) Classic result

Race Date: Saturday 16th June 2018

The Three Lakes Classic is a scenic mixed terrain trail race organised by the Killamarsh Kestrels, so called due to the three lakes it goes around. It is 16 miles long, with nearly 600 feet of ascent.

180 runners finished the race and were rewarded with tea and cake galore at the end. 22 were Striders. Particular mention and congratulations to Sian Evans, who was the winning lady in a time of 1:52.03, and to Stu Carrick, who was the second placed male for the second year in a row. The male winner was Gareth Lowe of Clowne RR, in a time of 1:39.01
