Here are the standings of the 2019 Long Distance Strider competition, up to the end of July (albeit with a few July races still to be written-up).

Traditionally never the busiest of racing months, July has seen little movement at the sharp end of the standings, with the women’s top-three unchanged. In the men’s competition Stuart leapfrogs Nick to stake a claim for the second step on the podium.
