Race Date: 07 April 2019

The Loughborough Half Marathon and Team Relay Event is organised by the charity Living Without Abuse. Starting and finishing at Charnwood college the route takes you through parts of Shepshed, Hathern and the beautiful Garendon Estate. In its third year it is considered one of the toughest half marathons in the East Midlands.

353 runners completed the race. Rob Farrant of BRJ Run and Tri was first to finish in a time of 1:20:07. Sarah Williams of Formula One Circuit Crew (presumably a relay name!) was first lady in 1:36:37.

David Hewitt was the lone Strider in a time of 2:00:17 in position 186.
