Race Date: 4th September 2019
This was the sixth and final race in the Spencers Dash 2019 series, organised by Barnsley AC. The 6 races are over the same 3.75 mile course starting at the Spencers Arms on the first Wednesday of the month (April through to September).
The men’s race was won by Scott Hinchcliff of Penistone Footpath Runners in 19:54 and the women’s race was won by Fiona Davies of Rotherham Harriers AC in 23:08.
Dawn Jackson was the sole Strider out of 245 runners. Well done Dawn, not just in this race but in the whole series!
