369 senior runners took part in the fourth trunce of the year on another fine sunny evening.
As per, Tom Saville of Dark Peak was first home, this time in 23.47. First lady was Sam Shaw of PFRAC in 30.18.
There were some debutantes amongst the striders including Sergei, Heather, Lisa and Jo. For the repeat offenders there was a bumper crop of PBs including a fourth place for Paul. Well done all.
