Race Date: Saturday 8th February 2020
The Winter Half Tour of Bradwell is a 17.5 mile race. It journeys through some lovely countryside taking in some iconic Peak District vistas. You’ll be up Dirtlow Rake, down Cave Dale and through Castleton, onto the Great Ridge with views over the Vale of Edale, then shouldering Win Hill to drop down to Ladybower. Fast running from here via Bamford and Shatton leads to one final climb which seems to go on forever, to descend Bradwell edge and so back to the finish.

The race was won by Josh Williams (Dark Peak) in 2:17:41 and first woman was Strider Sarah Pritchard in 2:58:55 – well done Sarah!
Chris Jones was the other Steel City Strider to complete the race coming in 12th place in 2:50:02.
