Race Date: 30 August 21
The Dronfield Town FC 10k is a friendly 10k which starts and finishes in front of the spectator stand at the HE Barnes Stadium.
The 10k is a breathtaking route through which takes in the Derbyshire villages of Coal Aston, Apperknowlde, Hundall and Unstone.
The majority of the course is on road, but the route also includes sections on grass, paths and even a raised wooden boardwalk through our local nature reserve!
143 runners competed in the race.
The winning time and first male was Chris Sleath in 35 minutes 26 seconds.
First female was Steel City Striders very own Jacqui Herring in 47 minutes 18 seconds
Results were split into Female and Male. 33 Striders completed the race. Well done to everyone!
