Race Date: Sunday November 28th 2021

The Edwinstowe Christmas 10k is an annual trail race, now in it’s 14th year, having postponed in 2020 like so many other events. Located east of Mansfield in Nottinghamshire, the village sits on the edge of Sherwood Forest, which provides the gently undulating forest and nature reserve course. Due to the freezing weather, a course inspection on the day had nerves jangling; but the race went ahead as planned.

361 runners lined up for the Edwinstowe 10k. Winner of the men’s race was Dan Nugent of Mansfield Harriers in 34:14. Charlotte Buck (unaffiliated) won the women’s race in a time of 43:54. Sarah Percival was the lone Strider.
