Race Date: Wednesday 8th June 2022
Race 2 in Sheffield Running Club’s Loxley Lash series followed the usual format: 5k run in three heats based on expected times, around the Forge Valley Cycling Track in Sheffield. Entries are still open (at the time of posting this, 23/06/2022) for Race 3 on Wednesday July 6th.
44 runners turned out for Loxley Lash Race 2. Fastest man was Alex Mason of Hallamshire Harriers in 15:38. Fastest woman was Che Wigfield-Turner, also of Hallamshire Harriers, in 18:18. Nine Striders took part.
