Race Date; Sunday 19th June 2022
For those that like a triathlon, it’s well worth entering this one in North Norfolk at Wells-next-the-Sea. It has 1.5k in the harbour (which is salt water so better for floating!), 25 miles cycle through rolling hills and villages and finishes with a lovely 10k through pine trees and sand dunes.
Richard Pegg entered and just about got round, in a time of 3hrs 29mins. The swim was the worst leg but made up some semblance of dignity with an acceptable cycle and a 52 minute run leg.
He will return next year once he can actually swim!
