Race Date: Tuesday 10th May 2022

Right, let’s be honest and face up to the truth. We all hated it and are already looking forward to doing it again next year. The camaraderie, support and social aspect of the relays was excellent but we all know, and knew beforehand, that flogging yourself round Rother Valley was going to be grim.

A great time was had by all. Can’t wait for next year now – the run wasn’t really that bad was it? In fact, as the memory fades, I quite enjoyed it!

There were 60 women’s teams and we won!!! Huge congratuations to Caroline, Gilly and Abbie and well done to everyone else who put themselves through it. If I remember rigthly, Abbie also got the fastest female time of the evening.
