There was me thinking that a bank holiday Trunce might mean fewer runners in my age category, and a better chance of championship points. As it happens, there were fewer, but I’d run 41 miles 2 days before (it’s the last time I’ll mention it, I promise!), and was still feeling slightly, extremely exhausted!

Whilst it was my slowest ever Trunce there were PB’s for both Martin and Caroline Greenough, as well as Andy Hincliffe.
