Race Date: 7th September 2024
The Yas Mall 5K is the first of a three part race series, each of which have different distances on offer (a 10k is included in the second and half marathon in the third). The race series is a build up to the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon which is in December.
Steve Lewis was the sole Strider taking part. His comment on Facebook was ‘slightly hungover and way too early!’. Well it was a 6:30am race start.
First man was Mohsen Al Hatmi in 16:10.
First lady was Soline Drevet in 21:04.
