Run Jump Throw is a spring/summer series of track events held at the SHU Athletics track at Woodbourn Road. This was the first event of the 2024 sesaon.
As usual, we had a varied programme of races from 100m up to 3000m, including hurdles events. There were also a range of field events from long jump to pole vault.
A quint of Striders turned up to take part. Seth and Kate also helped out with the officiating and are both now Level 1 qualified field judges – congratulations.
