Race Date: Sunday 10th November 2024; Race distance: 15 miles (3700ft of ascent)
A great fell race with a climb up to the Roaches, them aall the way along to Shutingsloe. Up there, back down and retrace your steps. A couple of good river crossing thrown in for good measure – and in early November so the weather is always going to be interesting.
144 runners this year which included a new re-joined Strider, Nigel Barnes. Welcome back Nige!
The male race was won by Harry Holmes of Matlock AC in 2.02.55. The female race was won by Emily Cowper Coles of DPFR in 2.26.54.
