Race Date: Saturday 24th February 2024
The Snow Moon Trail Half Marathon is organised by First Light Adventure. With a late start in the day, the race is timed so that returning runners get to see the best of the sunset from the great trails. Once finished runners get enjoy their hot chocolate and cake whilst keeping warm round the fire pit. The course is an out-and-back, south from Sutton Scarsdale.
There were 69 finishers this year with the race being won by Andrew Ellwood in 01:37:44. The first lady home was our very own Claire Wren in 01:47:43. A fantastic result Claire – well done!
