Wingerworth is a small village just outside of Chesterfield. A quick look at the map suggests it has a number of ponds. It also looks to have some beautiful countryside.
The Wobble is an undulating 4.66 mile course with countryside views. The course is a mixture of fields, wooded areas, trail and short road sections.
135 people took part in the 2025 race including no less than 14 Striders, making up more than 10% of the field.
The race was won by Luke Dan (unknown) in 32:50 and Harriet Davies of Steel City Striders in 38:58. First Strider home was Neil Schofield in 36.01.
