Race Date: Sunday 6th April 2025

Starting at the old Bakewell Station, the route is an out and back featuring three long tunnels (prepare for GPS confusion) and the Monsal Viaduct. Terrain is tarmac and hard track. A Nice Work event which also offers a 10k, and an identical event with both distances the day before (Saturday).

Liam Russell was the sole Strider among 339 finishers at the Monsal Half. The men’s race was won by James Budge (unaffiliated) in a time of 01:18:03. Georgia Wood of Team Bath Athletics Club won the women’s race in a time of 01:24:42.
