Race Date: Sunday 28th September 2025

Held on roads around the city of Stoke-on-Trent, with a freshly designed course for 2025. Starting by the statue of Sir Stanley Matthews in Hanley, the route is a single loop; and with a section called Heartbreak Hill, it’s billed as ‘challenging’.

Rich Bailey Jones was the sole Strider among 1667 runners who lined up for the Potters ‘Arf. The men’s race was won by Jordan Thomas of City of Stoke AC in a time of 1:10:37. Emma Taylor, also of City of Stoke AC won the women’s race in a time of 1:21:48.
