Race Date: Sunday 15 October 2023
The Manchester Half starts and finishes by Old Trafford, and is one of the biggest in the region. It is a flat route with good support along the way. This year the weather was cold, crisp and sunny – ideal for most.
First man was Jack Rowe (Aldershot Farnham & District AC) in 01:02:40 and first lady was Lauren Mcneil (Hallamshire Harriers) in 01:10:02. There were nearly 13000 finishers including 7 Striders, who posted some great times-well done!
