We are introducing a new Tuesday daytime training session for people who are free to run in the day or who may not always be available for evening sessions.
The aim is to complement existing sessions and provide an additional training opportunity.
The 8 to 10 mile routes include trails and parks starting from Millhouses.
Pace will be approx 9 or 10 min/mile, but as with all Striders training runs they will be all inclusive with people doubling back to ensure no one is left behind.
Starting at 10am on Tuesday 4th November the sessions will initially run for 8 weeks to gauge interest.
As the runs will also finish in Millhouses there’s an opportunity for some well deserved post run cake in the Cafe.
