It has been a cold start to the year but clearly the snow on the ground has not hampered training. The Steel City Striders collected some new PBs and great times at the Dewsbury 10k on Sunday 1 February.
The race was won by Mohammad Abu Rezeq of Altrincham Athletic Club in 31 minutes and 2 seconds. The first female to finish was Shona Fletcher of Richmond & Zetland Harriers in 35 minutes and 57 seconds. Full results are on the Dewsbury Road Runners website.
