The University of Sheffield claimed victory in the Varsity 10k on Sunday 15 March. Eleven Striders battled it out, with most of our club representing Sheffield Hallam.
The 10k route starts at the University Of Sheffield’s Arts Tower and passes the Weston Park Museum before circulating Crookes Valley Park. It’s a 3 lap course with an uphill section up Harcourt Road.
The race was won by Steven Bayton in 33:13. The first female was Charlotte Ward in 38:29.
